Designing Mountings.

Steps

1. design for the drip area is followed by referring to the master sketch provided.
2. And for other mountings, Using law extension sheet is drwan.
3. Sketch is drawn to creat embosses.
4. Flat emboss is created by creating a dautum plane at the various mounting positions.
5. trimmed the sheet for fasteners with 5 mm.

2.Bumper Mounting.

3.Side door mounting.

4.Sill Mounting.

5.Wheel Cusion Mountings
