Fender Design
MASTERSECTION OF FENDER:-

FENDER:-
The part of a car that protects and frames its wheels and keeps mud from splashing it. Most modern vehicles have fenders on their front wheels.
DIFFERENT VIEWS OF FENDER DESIGN:-

- Sill:-
Sill plates are essentially placed in cars to protect the door frames from wear and tear. These car accessories are located at the place where the door meets the frame. This way, your car door and frame remain protected against damage caused by suddenly slamming the doors of your car, or corrosion from water and dirt.
- Bumper :-
A bumper is a bar attached transversely in front of or behind a car body to prevent contact between an obstruction and the car body or to cushion the shock of collision between vehicles.
- Baffle(Splash):-
Baffles are metal tubes with holes in them which restrict the air flow from the exhaust. The baffles produce opposing sound waves which when they collide, cancel each other out.
- A-Pillar mount:-
This mounting position is created for attaching the fender to A Pillar of the vehicle.
The mounting has to be created by taking the reference from the A-pillar of the vehicle.
Enough clearance should be given for the easy mounting of the wiper equipment
