Fender Design
TITLE :- FENDER DESIGN CHALLENGE

Design Parameters:
The primary design parameters of fenders are shape, size, and material. The shape and size of the fender are determined by the type of vehicle it is intended for, and its purpose. The material used for fenders can vary from metal to plastic, depending on the vehicle's design and function. The fender design should also be aerodynamically efficient to reduce drag and improve fuel economy.
Different Mounts:
Drip mounting refers to a method of installing a component or accessory on a vehicle where it is mounted on the outside of the body panel, such as on the roof, without requiring any drilling or modification to the body.
The A-pillar is the vertical support on either side of the windshield that connects the roof of a vehicle to the vehicle's body. Accessories that are mounted on the A-pillar, such as light bars or gauges, are typically designed to fit in the space between the windshield and the door.
The sill, also known as the rocker panel, is the horizontal panel located beneath the doors of a vehicle. Accessories that are mounted on the sill, such as side steps or running boards, provide a convenient step for entering or exiting the vehicle.
The bumper is the protective structure located at the front and rear of a vehicle. Accessories that are mounted on the bumper, such as winches or tow hooks, provide additional functionality for the vehicle.
A baffle mount, also known as a splash mount, is a mounting system used to attach a component or accessory to the vehicle's undercarriage. Baffle mounts are commonly used for splash guards or mud flaps to protect the vehicle from debris and dirt kicked up by the wheels.
