Primary purpose of fendor to prevent sandd,mud,rock,liquids,other sprays from rotating tires. Basic -prevent any injuiry pedastrian contain motion- Typrs of fendor

Begining stage automobile cars are widely uses full bumper type fendor, now a days half bumper type fendor are uses in widde range in all over world. Production time was consumed , time for design was optimsed when genration changes with innovative techniques.

Fendor got five contact sections, in this five important is Drip area, its close to engine section. Drip area have constraint terms length,angle of bending , gap to engine section like etc. Engine section to drip section need to maintain the gap of minimum 10mm.Drip area maximum depth will be maintain at 40mm, above 40mm get critical to fix with body, also excess angle will be maintain initail bend of 3degree , after 3 degree more for second bend...more than 3degree will cause spring back effect of drip section.

Total height of fendor max up to 80mm, maximum 40mm give rigid body, more than 60mm cause spring back effect with angle. Drip length maximum 80mm
