Back door is an important design component used in automotive vehicle. Since, it provides protection and covering for the back

Side of the vehicle.

Design characteristics of the back door play a very important role In terms of safety and luggage storage capacity of the vehicle.

More thinner the back door design, more will be the luggage area storage, whereas, more thicker the back door design,

Less will be the luggage area storage.

Back door assembly consist of:

• Back door outer upper panel
• Back door outer lower panel
• Back door inner panel
• Latch and sticker reinforcement
• Gas stay reinforcement LH and RH
• Viper motor reinforcement
• Hinge reinforcement LH and RH
