Creation of Multiple viewports, Scaling the drawing and setting in Template in AutoCad
1. PLAN AND ELEVATION OF BUILDING
COMMANDS USED
PAGES SETUP MANAGER (PAGESETUP):
- To change the plot preferences such as the paper type and paper size such as A4, A1, etc. as per the plot size required.
- This drawing needs the paper size of A1 and hence the changes were made.
MULTIPLE VIEWPORTS (MVIEW):
- Viewports assigned in the drawings and the viewports shown in the pdf were drawn with the help of this command.
- Viewports of 2 views were taking to represent the drawing.
EDIT ATTRIBUTES (ATTEDIT):
- The title block used in the template need to entered with information like Title of the drawing, company name, etc.
Text (DTEXT):
- Text for description of scales of the drawings in the layout as per the pdf of the drawings.
PLOT (PLOT):
- Print pereferences and changes to the sheet or layout is done and the result to be got is taken as form of pdf that is to be printed.
