1. Create the templates as shown in Figures. Take the size of the title block as per industry standards or you can assume it as per the size of the paper. Use text and attributes wherever required. After creating the title block you need to save it as a block with names: Custom1_titleblock and Custom2_titleblock, respectively.

Aim :
Creating templates , inserting text and attributes
a. Custom 1_ titile block
b. Custom 2_ title block
Procedure:
a. Custom 1_ title block
1) Make table:
- Create a rectangle of size 320mm and 140 mm.
- Divide it with line for the text box into columns (on top side) offset horizontally 20mm,75mm,20mm and (on bottom side) 40mm,25mm and 38mm. also trim unecessary line
- For rows, take offset vertically of 20mm(5times),40mm, 30mm(5times).

2) write text:
- By multiline text , type rev ,description , by ,date on the first row by text height 6 and style - Times New Roman.
- As it is repeated in the other two rows , take array give column as 1 , rowas as 3 ,
- Again use multiline text and type the required text in caps with text height 4 and style as Times New Romans
- Status:
- TITLE
- Client
- Architect
- Site
- Scale, date ,Drawn by:,Checked by:
- Project no: , Drawing no: , Revision:
These are the items we have to provide in the title block.
3) Creating block :
- Command "B" - block defenition dilaogue box appears- give name as "Custom1_ title block"- select pick point and select a point in the table (corner point)- select the object- select the whole table including the text
-Select convert to block option
-Give scale unifromly and tick allow exploding. And press ok.

As we have selected ,convert to block option , the object itself is converted to block and we do not have to insert it again.
RESULT:
a. The Custom_1 title block is created :

b. Custom2_titleblock:
1) Make table:
- Draw rectangle of 300and 100 mm. Explode it ,create rows and columns.
- Divide it with line for the text box into columns (from left side) offset horizontally 15mm,15mm,300mm and ( from right side) 120mm,30mm and 30mm. also trim unecessary line
- For rows, take offset vertically of 20mm(5times),40mm, 30mm(5times).
- Divide it with line for the text box into columns (on top side) offset horizontally 20mm,75mm,20mm and (on bottom side) 40mm,25mm and 38mm. also trim unecessary line
- For rows, take offset vertically from bottom 20mm(2times),10mm (6times).also trim unecessary line.

2) write text by using attribute:
- write text in bottom table With the use of multiline text insert the following: height 2.5,3 and 10 used

Now write text in top table by using attribute,
By attributes , create the text inside it
Command "ATT" - attribute defenition dilaogue box apperas .
Insert the tag line - tag we are giving ,visible before creating the block.
-prompt : Question we need to add what we need to enter
- default : the value shown in drawing after making it as a block.
- we have selected lock position here
For eg: In the first row 1st column "C" is the text to be diplayed. Command "ATT"
- tag: 1r
- prompt : 1r row
- default: C

- Place the tag line on the place we need to here 1st row 1st column of the box created.
- Create attributes similarly for the rest of the text.
- The attributes created are:

Now,
3) Create a block:
- Command "B" with name Custom2_titleblock , select the whole tilteblock and make it as a block

- After creting it as a block we can see that all arrtibutes will change to their default values. and we can edit block.

Result:
b. Custom2_tiltleblock is created:
