Creating a Residence Layout, Seating plan, Toilet and Utility room plan using AutoCad

1, Ans :

     AIM :

•      Sketch the layout of a residence as shown in the Figure 1. Consider all dimensions as reference to sketch the unit plan. Also the text in the layout are only for reference. Assume the missing dimensions. Also, refer the schedule for size of the doors.
•   Sketch the seating plan for an outdoor canopy. Assume the dimensions for the seating. Also, consider the dimensions in mm.
• Sketch the part plan for the toilers and utilities room. Consider the outer wall thickness as 300mm and inner wall thickness as 150mm. Also, assume the missing dimension, Texts, dimensions, and hatches are only for references. Also, symbols for toilets and w/c are also for references. 

 Procedure :

      Introduction :

        Figure 3 :

•               For figure 1 draw a line of 25' and make offset of 9.0.
•  And offset pf 6' and trim at 12'6 to get the staircase area from south
• After that offset of 9.0 to get main wall and make offset of 18' .5 feet to get toilet wall
• Then offset of 4.5 to get inner wall
• Then dimension of 4'6.0 to get toilet length.
• After then offset of 12' to get the north wall inner then offset of 9.0 to get outer wall in north.
• Then all inner partation wall are marked and then allignement is measured 
• By using command DimAligned or from annotation ribbon to get alligned dimension to get measurement .
• Last the gap between the room entrance will be drawn to get Door using Arc command .
• Hence the figure is drawn as per dimensions given in the diagram.

Figure 2 :

• Draw a curcle of radius 1398 mm.
• With same center point draw the curcle of radius of 452 mm.
• Then draw the angle line in all 90degree and then make the triangle from the line center along 4 sides of the lines and make the offset to get the chair shape to make the canopy and the diagram drawn with given dimensions of MM.

Figure 3 :

•  The same above procedure is to draw the given toilet and utility area for the building and the diagram is drawn with given measurements in MM.
• Hence drawn the Figure 3.

Result :

•     As per above discuss the figure 1 is drawn and it measures in mm and the missing dimensions to refer the size of the doors and its drawn.
• In diagram 2 steaing plan for outdoor canopy is drawn and seating dimensions are in mm.
• In diagram 3 toilets and utility room are consider with wall thickness of 300 mm with inner wall thickness of 150 mm are provided as per requirement and the text and dimensions are hatches in the diagrams for your referance.
