Benchmarking
BENCHMARK:
Benchmark is simply known as comparing and analyzing the earlier product's features and drawbacks and focusing on adding features to the product, to be the best in the segment and to maintain better quality.
In predesign development, there are 2 types of benchmarks i.e Benchmark-1, Benchmark-2.
Benchmark-1: It is a comparison of products by adding features and segments to the upcoming product by car level analysis.
Benchmark-2: It is a part-level analysis of a product.

Conclusion:
I would like to suggest a compact SUV Tata Nexon car for Mr D.S. Pughazhyendhii over Sedan and SUV cars, because sedan has more length & Less height compared to SUVs and it is difficult to handle in crowded cities.
Tata Nexon XM S car for the safest and comfortable ride on bumpy roads, plain roads, boot space is more and overall mileage is good.
