BenchMarking:

Benchmarking is a comparison between similar products, services, or processes on some dimensions of performance. It plays an important role in getting an idea about the innovation, performance, and design from the pre-existing vehicle to give the best performance for customers. Benchmarking is done between- a similar process in the same factory, different factories, different competing organizations, different sectors using the same process.

It is the very first step in any industry before developing a new product so that to have clarity in improving the performance.

After comparing among four vehicles I suggest Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii to buy Honda AMAZE and the reasons are-

• It is a Sedan car which is best suited for the family.
• Though having low mileage the on-road price is low.
• Diesel engine helps him as he goes for a long drive to his native every month and also used to travel to office daily which makes cost-efficient.
• i-DTEC engines have reduced friction technologies and also reduced carbon and greenhouse gas emissions thereby ecofriendly.
• CVT Engines are fuel economy as it keeps the engine speed low.
