Benchmarking is defined as the process of measring the performance of a company's produsts, services, or process against those of another business considered be the best in the industry.Benchmarking provides necessary insights to help you understand how your organization compares with similar organization compares with similar organization, even if they are in a diffrent business or have a diffrent group of customers.
#Problem Statement
Mr. D.S Pughazhyendhii is a married man who lives in Bangalore which is a highly crowded city. His family comprises five members including his wife, five-year-old boy, his father, and his mother. He visits his native place Madurai which is 500kms awayfrom Bangalore once in a month. Also, he will be using his car to commute to his office. His budget falls between 8 to 10lakhs on road. Please suggest to him with options so that he will buy a good car for his family. And Pughazhyendhii is fond of big cars.

TATA Nexon XM (Petrol), as it has a good safety ratings with Maximum Power of 118bhp at just 5500 rpm
and maximum Torque of 170Nm at 1750rpm which is obviously better then its major rival Tyota Urban
Cruiser Mid Grade.
