Comparison between Renault triber, Nissan magnate, Tata nexon, and Mahindra KUV NXT

From the given requirements in the question. The car selected are given below

 These cars are turnout to be the solution  from the given challenge,and also these are the models which have been sold in high numbers.

Here we are going to compare the models based on their price,specs,performance,and other parameters.

This is an example of benchmarking.

BENCHMARKING

The benchmarking is process of comparing similar products, services or products on same dimensions of performances.There are different stages in benchmarking.It is applicable to all fields to get better understanding and improvements to make changes in the approach to a new product.

The main steps collecting informations from the market.An idea about the product goin to be madand the nature of the market.

So here in this project we are going to benchmark the cars based on different parameters.

So lets start the benchmarking of these car models.

RENAULT TRIBER

The Renault Triber features the signature Renault grille and projector headlamps, while the sides get black cladding and flared rear wheel arches. The company claims that its unique body style bridges the gap between the Kwid and Renault’s SUV offerings in India.

With the 2023 update, the Renault Triber retains its aura of being a great value proposition. Be it space, features, ease of driving, practicality, or appearance, the Triber has it in spades. A well-packaged 5+2 for the Indian masses.

The Renault Triber is available in four variants - RXE, RXL, RXT and RXZ. The seven-seat vehicle gets the under four-meter price advantage and is limited to a petrol engine option. It can be had in five colours such as White, Silver, Blue, Mustard, and Brown. The aforementioned colours will be available in the dual-tone format, with a black roof, only in the RXZ trims.

Renault Triber Price

Renault Triber price starts at ₹ 7.66 Lakh a upto  ₹10.75 Lakh (on-road Bangalore). Triber comes in 8 variants.

Triber price for top model in petrol is ₹ 10.75 Lakh. Whereas the price of Triber automatic version starts from ₹ 9.79 Lakh.

Renault Triber RXT EASY-R AMT

Renault Triber RXT EASY-R AMT is the petrol variant in the Renault Triber priced at ₹9.79 Lakh.It returns a certified mileage of 18.2 kmpl. This RXT EASY-R AMT variant comes with an engine putting out 71 bhp @ 6250 rpm and 96 Nm @ 3500 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. Renault Triber  RXT  EASY-R AMT is available in Automatic (AMT) transmission and offered in 5 colours: Electric Blue, Cedar Brown, Moonlight Silver, Ice Cool White and Metal Mustard.

According to my view it will a good option if the power and performance is not being considered .It is a seven seater car and can easily accommodate the 5 members family.But the car have low torque and acceleration.So it will be difficulty in heavy traffic .

The model also have good price range

                              NISSAN MAGNITE

Nissan Magnite is the most sold car model by Nissan in india .it is a 5 seated car. Nissan Magnite  finally comes across as a product with superb potential. It looks great, has plenty of features, has a superb turbo engine and an equally well-tuned CVT gearbox. The Nissan Magnite makes a lot of sense for those wanting their first SUV or for those looking for upgrade  from hatchbacks. Now, all we hope is Nissan sorting out its dealerships.

Nissan Magnite Price

The  price starts from ₹ 7.21 Lakh and goes upto ₹ 13.29 Lakh (on-road Bangalore). Magnite comes in 22 variants. Magnite price for top model in petrol is ₹ 13.29 Lakh. Whereas the price of Magnite automatic version starts from ₹ 11.86 Lakh.

The car car model has a wide price range with so many options,and the difference in price range is also good with respect to the specs.

Nissan Magnite XV Dual Tone

Nissan Magnite XV Dual Tone is the petrol variant  is priced at ₹ 9.47 Lakh.It returns a certified mileage of 18.7 kmpl. This XV Dual Tone variant comes with an engine putting out 71 bhp @ 6250 rpm and 96 Nm @ 3500 rpm of max power and max torque . Nissan Magnite XV Dual Tone is available in Manual transmission and offered in 3 colours: Tourmaline Brown & Onyx Black, Vivid Blus & Storm White and Pearl White & Onyx Black.

My rating for Nissan magnite is 8.5/10.

TATA PUNCH

The Tata Punch was launched in India on 20 October, 2021.  Tata Punch is powered exclusively by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated, Revotron petrol engine that produces 84bhp and 113Nm of torque.

The Tata Punch has a seating capacity of five occupants.Tata company has been at top three car selling company in Indian market.

Tata Punch Price

Tata Punch price starts at ₹ 7.39 Lakh and goes upto ₹ 11.55 Lakh (on-road Bangalore). Punch comes in 27 variants. Punch price for top model in petrol is ₹ 11.55 Lakh. Punch price for base model in cng is ₹ 8.45 Lakh. Whereas the price of Punch automatic version starts from ₹ 9.13 Lakh.

      Tata Punch Camo Accomplished MT

Tata Punch Camo Accomplished MT is the petrol variant i and is priced at ₹ 9.49 Lakh.It returns a certified mileage of 18.9 kmpl. This Camo Accomplished MT variant comes with an engine putting out 84 bhp @ 6000 rpm and 113 Nm @ 3300 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. Tata Punch Camo Accomplished MT is available in Manual transmission and offered in 2 colours: Foliage Green With Black Roof and Foliage Green.

MAHINDRA KUV NXT

The Mahindra kuv nxt is a compact car from Mahindra and is suitable for a 5 member family.

The price   starts from ₹ 7.56 Lakh and goes upto ₹ 9.64 Lakh. KUV100 NXT is a Compact SUV, offered with a choice of 1198 cc Petrol engine options. For Petrol engine powered by 1198 cc on road price ranges between ₹ 7.56 - 9.64 Lakh.

MAHINDRA KUV NXT K8 6 STR Dual Tone

Mahindra KUV100 NXT K8 6 STR is the petrol variant in the Mahindra KUV100 NXT lineup and is priced at ₹ 9.55 Lakh. This K8 6 STR variant comes with an engine putting out 82 bhp @ 5500 rpm and 115 Nm @ 3500 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. Mahindra KUV100 NXT K8 6 STR is available in Manual transmission and offered in 6 colours: Midnight Black, Designer Grey, Flamboyant Red, Dazzling silver, Fiery Orange and Pearl White.

My rating for Mahindra SUV NXT is 8.5/10.

RESULT AND CONCULSION

From the above mentioned cars, I would suggest Nissan Magnite to

be the standout car from the group.The company has introduced more number of models with options.They have also concentrated on safety concerns and is a 5 member compact car with rear storage volume.I would also have suggested Tata Punch ,but it donot have option for automatic transmition.

The car comes with a good power output of 71bhp with peppy engine performance.This car model is also highest sold model from the Nissan car  company in india.The company is in growing stage in india and its not difficult to find sales and service centres in a city like bangalore. The company  provides  2 years/50000 km  warrenty and has helpline number for complaint/suggestions which is active on all days from 9 AM -11 PM.

If the customer is willing to give extra thousands the magnate CVT model can be purchased ,which give better ride in high traffic conditions. From these conclusions  I strongly recommend this car model.
