2. Practice benchmarking
3. Internal benchmarking
4. External benchmarking

BENCHMARK METHODOLOGY

REQUIREMENT OF OUR CLIENT Mr.D.S PUGHAZHYENDHII

• Mr . D.S. Pughazhyendhii is a married man who lives in Bangalore which is a highly crowded city .his family comprises 5 members including his wife, 5-year-old boy father and mother. once in a month visits his native place Madurai which is almost 500 km away from Bangalore. also, he will be using his car to commute to the office. His budget falls between 8-10 lakhs on road.
• Note: Pughazhyendhii is fond of BIG CAR

REPORT OUR CLIENT Mr.D.S PUGHAZHYENDHII

• The number of people is five including his 5-year-old boy. So the vehicle should be insufficient
space with enough legroom
• He uses his vehicle to visit his native place once a month and to commute to his office
.so approximate travel is 2800km per month
• The estimated budget is from 8-10 lakhs
• So considering all these factors my suggestion is to be an SUV car
• To consider along long run of vehicles my opinion is to be a diesel variant than a petrol
variant because the cost of fuel is less than that, the efficiency and life of the diesel engine
should be higher than a petrol engine
• Bangalore is a highly crowded metro city an automatic may be easier to maneuver through
stop-and-go traffic than a standard transmission. but due to budget constraints and fuel
efficiency. I need to suggest a manual transmission. Because the manual always gets better
fuel economy than the automatic gearbox
• Based upon these requirements of our client Mr.D.S PUGHAZHYENDHI
detailed benchmarking is done to compare the specifications, advantages and other considerable options
• These are the SUV car that I should consider for our client Mr.D.S pughazhyendhii.
