I would like to suggest Tata Tiger to commute a long and local distances with respect to the customer requirements. As the customer is fond of a big car then I would suggest him a sedan type segment car with 5 seaters having a good boot space alongwith a good leg room space. It can be considered the customer is required more comfort, fall on his budget, excellent safety features and with the good mileage while taking on the by-pass roads about 1000 km up and down commutation from Bangalore to Madurai. So Tata tiger will satisy and meet his requirements.
2. Prepare a report explaining what is Bench-marking?
Bench-marking is basically a part level study and it is a concept study of what could be the concept assigned such as
4 or 7 seaters whether it is SUV or sedan segement car. Putting what ever information I get will be my input to my bench-marking.

1. ETIOS - after the analysis in Etios less area of underbody coating has done and it is made for Indian market.

As per the customer pughazh need a big car to accomadate his family members of 5 numbers to take a long drive around 1000- kms up and down and also for a local commutation.
His first priority to consider a car is it's budget factor 8 - 10 lakhs, as he takes for a long drive, the driver and passengers in the car must feel a comfortness such as front and back seating systems, AC systems, performance of the engine, leg room, boot space and finally mileage can be considered.
safety is also an most important factore to choose a car to ensure the passengers lives while on long drive with high speed.
Eventually, I conclude with the comaprision of all 4 types of sedan segement cars, the "Tata Tigor" is the car which meets the maximum customer requirements I believe and I would suggest "Tata tigor" woud be the best sedan model car he can buy.
