PROJECT OBJECTIVE: In this project I am Going to Suggest a Big Car for Mr.D.S. Pughazhyendhii Under 8 to 10 Lakhs on Road for Official and Family Purpose Traveling Distance Around 500km.

• Costliest in this segment.
• Should have automatic transmissions for this price range.

• Decent aesthetic and sport look.

• Lesser Space of Rear Seats

• Lesser with which would impact space inside the car.
• Automatic transmissions.
• Good height of 1640mm Compared to other vehicles.

Cons:

• The engine of lesser capacity 1248CC.
• Lesser ground clearance of 198mm.
• Lesser Boot space of 38L.
• Costlier in this Segment.

• Lager length.
• Decent Cost and Boot space of 375L.

Benchmarking is the automobile industry involves a structured comparision between simillar product,services or processes on some dimensions of performance.

For example:

it can be used to compare the availability and delivery of features in a product in the form often provides the basic of consumer tests and reviews. These look at product and services and provide recomondations based on which is best or some form of ranking amongest competitors.

it is particularly useful when comparing not only performance but also practice -in other word what do the different organizations do to enable the performance to be delivered? And applied in the way it is powerful tool in process innovation on studying how the best achive their performance can provide powerful clues for changing the way process operate.

• It is the process of company business to analyze the processes and performance metrics from other companies and standards.
• In automotive industry it is used for comparison of similar products , services and on dimensions performance. Used to know the availability of the feature and delivery on the basis of customer review.
• It can be operated in different factories and branches or same factory or branches or different competing organization.

Conclusion:

• I would suggest 03. NISSAN KICKS.

if the buyer prefers MANUAL TRANSMISSION and budget is a bit high.

it has the best ground clearance of 210mm and the largest Boot Capacity of 400L.

• If the buyer prefers AUTOMATICA TRANSMISSION over manual then,
• I would suggest 04. TATA NEXON, it has a 1497CC Turbocharged engine with 3 driving modes. Economy city and sport models.
• It also decent ground clearance of 209 mm and Boot Capacity 350L.it gives a good mileage of 23.97 kmpl and also Euro NCAP 5-Star Rating for SAFETY.
