1.Benchmarking -
- Benchmarking is that something plus point which will help to increase the sell of product or anything we are offering to customer.
-
Benchmarking is the process of comparing the products feature, services or the processes with the competitor or another firm to identify the improvement strategy to give the best product to the consumer than the competitors product.
- Benchmarking involves a structured comparison between similar products, services or processes on some dimensions of performance.
-
It is particularly useful when comparing not only performance but also practice. Process benchmarking of this kind can operate at several levels.
- Between similar processes in the same factory or service branch.
- Between different factories or service branch.
- Between different competing organizations.
- Between different sectors using the same process.

2.As concern of mileage kia sonet having greater in remaining suggestions but having low NCAP rating so i eliminate Sonet and Ford Eco sports as low mileage.
3. Venue and Nexon having same mileage but NCAP rating is higher for Nexon and also peak power, peak torque and Ground clearance are greater than Venue so i suggest TATA Nexon will most suitable car for Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii.
