Benchmarking

Aim:

To prepare a report explaining what is benchmarking and suggest Mr.D.S. Pughazhyendhii a good car by comparing atleast 4 vehicles.

Benchmarking:

It is a technical word of comparision.It is the process of measuring the performance of a company's products,services or processes against those of another business.In order to benchmark anything,we need to have quantitative data available to study.For that there are two types of benchmarking.

Benchmarking 1:

It is structural comparision between similar products,services on some dimension of performance.It is about a study of existing product.

Benchmarking 2:

It is the detail of benchmarking 1.In which involves part level analysis i.e, material,thickness,number of parts,total weight,different features to be add.

Here,Suggesting good car for Mr.D.S.

Conclusion:

• Depending on mileage efficiency,It would be better to select KIA Sonet.
• Depending on safety ,Tata Nexon will be the best option for him and his family.
