Batch meshing with non-linear material and property

Objective :

For the given component, batch meshing has to be performed and non-linear material as well as property to be assigned

Procedure :

Import the component and split them into parts for convenience
Take a part and follow similar steps to perform batch meshing
Take a part and delete solids from the part using delete option
After deleting solids , go to 2D and then automesh option or press F12 to perform mesh
Select batchmesh/QI optimize option in the box
For assigning parameter and criteria , go to preferences --> parameter file setting and the paramater dialog box appears
In the parameter dialog box , assign values as per requirement and save it
Similarly , go to preferences --> criteria file setting and the criteria dialog box appears
In the criteria dialog box , assign values as per requirement for quality and save it
After which in the batchmesh options select parameter file and criteria file and click browse to import the file that has been saved
Select surface option to select the surface to be meshed and click mesh
Mid-surface and 2D mesh are created
Then go to the Tool tab area and create material - Steel
Material card opens and select non-linear option and enter the required values
Similarly , create Property and property card opens and enter the required values
Assign these property and material to the component by right click -> assign option
Check for the Quality of the mesh using check elements option
Similarly , follow these steps for all the other parts of the components if it consists for several different parts

Result and Conclusion :

For the given component , batch mesh has been done and material and property has been assigned
