On closer analysis we see that total energy for the 1st run was varying and decreasing in nature , while the hour glass error energy was increasing
indicating that as the simulation ran , du to increased stiffness and damping , some of the energy was utilised in over coming excess stiffness

while in 2nd case due to better assingment of properties to element , we got a better result. in which TE was almost constat throughout
while there was a decrease in over all energy aswell.
indicating that hour glass error was reduced to a greater extent
