Objective:
The main objective of this project is to design a sheet metal BRACKET II in NX cad sheet metal application workbench. Also, to perform the drafting for the bracket part.
Software used: NX 12.0
Design Methodology
Creating Sketch for Contour Flange
With the help of Contour Flange, we will extend sketch entities into the sheet metal
In order to get the desired shape as per the challenge we will trim the material from the sheet metal by using the cutout from the sketch.
I have used Cutout twice due to two closed features.

To create the cutout for Inner profile, we will make a sketch and later will remove them using Normal Cutout
Model after Cutout
Will apply Break Corner remove the sharp corner to increase tool life
In order to apply further Cutout, we will apply Unbend to remove the bends and straighten the model.
Cutout Sketch
To remove further material from the model we will apply multiple normal cutouts.
To roll back to the previous bended model we will apply Rebend command
To remove sharp edges from the model we will apply Break Corner Command
If we have a smooth curve throughout the profile, we can create flange for entire profile by selecting Advance Flange
To remove the bend from the profile will select the Unbend command
Again we will select the Advanced Flange to create the flange for Cutout profile
Again we will roll back to previous profile after creating flange, with Rebend command
To provide Gusset, over the bend for additional support I have created the plane.
Though we can create the plane, inside the Gusset Command. In order to avoid doing this multiple time, I have created the separate plane

In this challenge, we have used two new commands (i.e., Gusset and Advance Flange) while completing this challenge
