- Title of the Project:-Creating a metal bracket using nx cad sheet metal
- Objective:-To create a bracket using the nx cad sheet metal tools/features
- Introduction :-In this procject this project i was explore the commands used for stiffening/strengthen the sheet metal objects as well as how to approch the design from scratch.
- Design methodology / approach:-I follows traditional workflow of sheet metal job operations

skecth profile-base feature add secondary features unbend skecth profiles-add features rebend drafting - Methodogy:
step1:-created a countour flange and unbended it
step2:-created a sketch profile for normal cutout to achieve the shape of the model
step3:-corner treatment using break corner.
step4:-created sketch profiles for normal cutouts and holes as per design requirements
step5:-Addes advanced flanges and gussets to provide the sterength to sheetmetal bracket.
