the fact is to design the casing where we can place components to be safeguard from damages. to fix casing used to create multiple bends and flanges and holes. finally to withstand loads of placing components need to inculcate a few dimples and beads.
different types of materials were using under sheetmetal like aluminium, stainless steel, titanium ext.
coming to manufacturing processes sheet metal is playing a vital role in forming complex shapes.
