Under body protective coating is used to protect vehicle chassis from extenal envionment,to ensure the integrity and safety of cars. The use of under body coating plays a very important role in the service life of a vehicle. In general,it is required to spray such type of potective coating in manufacturing of new car. Due to high competitiveness of new car sales,car producers have added pressure to reduce the manufacturing cost,so they reduce or even completely eliminate the use of under body coating which is not directly visible fo the car owners. As a consequence,our car life will be greatly reduced.

Many car owners know to regularly maintain the vehicle by changing the engine oil and having the paint polished,but little attention has been paid to the bottom of the car.In many cars the suface looks glossy but the under body is completely rusting.

There are lots of stones one the road,and they are constantly hitting your car under body, wheel arches,sills and trunk lower part while driving on the road.In some cases the under body might be scratched by uneven road. As such the thin protection coating on the under body will be distroyed leaving the bare metal exposed in the air,which will soon be corroded. If anti-rust treatment is not taken the rust will spread to large areas. Under body coating is a thick elastic layer which cannot be distroyed easily,therefore it is the best way to protect the under body of a car.
EXTERNAL INFLUENCE
External influence,such as heat from the hot road in summer,anti-frozen gent in winter,rain water and salt water in the atmosphere,will attack the under body of the car. Particularly in coastal ares the wind from the sea is salty which will accelerate the rate of corrossion and reduce the service life of the car. While the under body is covered by thick and tight layers,it would act as a strong barrirer to prevent the external substances attacking the metal sheet.

A car could keep high value while it is well maintained. It means that if a car is well treated on under body protection, it could keep the car in good condition and extend the car\'s service life, or you could charge a higher price in used car trading.

After curing,the under body coating becomes a thick elastic coating covering the whole under body, which could act as a good dampering material,significantly reducing the vibration of metal sheet and it reduces the noise iside the car.
COLLISION BODY REPAIR
For a collission body repair,usually metal parts should be reshaped or replaced. These new part also should be treated against rust and anti-stone chip. So it is still mandatory to spray a under body protection coating on the repaired area. It also does not need spray gun and compressed air, Aerosol under body coating is suitable for small repair area.
