Inner panel designing of Back door

Aim

To Design Inner panel of back door with respect to given styling

NX 11

Procedure

Given outer styling is saved seperately as outer lower and outer upper. designing starts with upper outer and later lower outer surface is imported during sealing flange modelling.Porper gaps are provided between surfaces and inner panel to avoid intersections. Proper emboss are provided according to colision criteria. Outter surface are offseted beyond inner panel and proper trimming are done for Hemming purposes. Inner panel is mirrored and attached using sew operations. Surface boundries are checked to avoid intersection. Inner panel is thickened and Hemming is applied. Operations used for each stage of designing are simpled into feature groups for more convinience
