Procedure
3D Model
Case 1
- Insert the 3D model of S hook
- Select the simulation option to do (FEA) and select New study and chosse is Static Analysis.
- Apply the material as Pure Gold.
- Fix the gemometry at one stand.
- Apply the load of 50 N/mm^2 .
- Create a mesh for the stand.
- Run the analysis
Results
STRESS
DISPLACEMENT
STRAIN
Case 2
- Add new study and chosse is fatigue Analysis
- And select add event to add the static analysis done before
- Apply the fatigue data as derive from matrial Elastic Modulus as based on ASME austenitic steel curve
- Run the analysis
Result
Damage
We can identify were the more damage occurs
Life
We can identify were the more damage occurs
