Modeling of 3D Chopper Parts (Transmission Belt, Kick Stand, Front Fender, Rear Fender)
Transmission Belt:

Step 1 – Create a 2D sketch based on the vertical cross section of the transmission belt using line and arc entities.
Step 2 – Check the relations between the entities and origin and make sure they are dimensionally correct.
Step 3 – Use offset entity on the 2D sketch.
Step 4 – Create an extrude of 2D sketch by using extrude feature.
Step 5 – Use fillet feature to give smooth finish to the edges of transmission belt.
Step 6 – Now specify the appearance of the transmission belt ( Rubber Mate) by using appearance tab.
Kick Stand:

Step 1 – Create a 2D sketch based on the cross section of thick portion of the kick stand using ellipse entity.
Step 2 - Check the relations between the entities and origin and make sure they are dimensionally correct.
Step 3 – Draw a spline from the center of the ellipse for guiding the loft feature.
Step 4 – Add a plane normal to the direction of the spline using reference geometry.
Step 5 – Create a 2D sketch based on the cross section of thin portion of the kick stand using ellipse entity taking another end of spline as a center on the created plane. Also check the relations between the entities and make sure they are dimensionally correct.
Step 6 – Use loft feature to create loft between two ellipse.
Step 6 – Use dome feature to create a curved shape in both ends.
Step 7 – Use extrude cut feature to cut near the thick portion of the kickstand so that it can be attached to the pivot.
Step 8 – To create a pivot point to attach to the frame we create a cylindrical section near the thick portion cut by using extrude feature.
Step 9 – Use fillet feature to give smooth finish to the edges of the cut part of thick portion.
Step 10 – To create a flat spot at the end thinner portion of the kickstand we use split feature.
Step 11 - Now specify the appearance of the kickstand ( Chrome Plate ) by using appearance tab.
Front Fender:

Step 1 - Create a 2D sketch based on the cross section of Frontfender using arc entity.
Step 2 - Check the relations between the entities and origin and make sure they are dimensionally correct.
Step 3 – Use the offset entity on the 2D sketch and draw a construction line from origin.
Step 4 – Revolve the sketch to a specific angle in both side about the construction line by using revolve feature.
Step 5 – Sketch the design of the cut-out portions at the both end sections of front fender using spline entity and cut it out using split feature.
Step 6 – Use fillet feature to give smooth finish to the edges of the front fender.
Step 7 - Now specify the appearance of the front fender ( Siena ) by using appearance tab.
Rear Fender:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1YpV5VSUfjhKmWdvSQbMh-xvPeTJEZ0gz
Step 1 - Create a 2D sketch based on the cross section of Rear fender using arc entity.
Step 6 – Use fillet feature to give smooth finish to the edges of the Rear fender.
Step 7 – Use the shell feature on the bottom surface of the rear fender .
Step 8 - Now specify the appearance of the rear fender ( Siena ) by using appearance tab.
