DESIGNED BACKDOOR

OBJECTIVE

Design the backdoor of the car considering all the necessary factor like rear visibility criteria, luggage area, hinge reinforcement and gas stay reinforcement.

INTRODUCTION

Design of backdoor which is placed back of the car is also called tailgate. A backdoor which consists of inner panel and outer panel. And back door can be made of two types of material either aluminium or steel based upon budget of the car. Talking about inner panel it consist lots of things like emboss design near to x or v type so that the coming force can be diverse to outward. Inner panel consists of hinge reinforcement and wiper motor reinforcement. maximum of industry used aluminium because light weight.
