With a solid foundation built during my tenure at Anjani Engineering Pvt Ltd and Laser Steel Works Pvt Ltd, I've honed my skills in production supervision, troubleshooting, and project management.
During my time at Anjani Engineering Pvt Ltd, where I served as an intern production Associate from April 2020 to July 2021, I gained invaluable experience in managing the production of various fasteners. Through meticulous planning and execution, I ensured on-time delivery while consistently meeting and exceeding production targets. This role sharpened my ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Transitioning to Laser Steel Works Pvt Ltd as a production supervisor, I further expanded my skill set by overseeing the manufacturing of parts for packaging machines, including biscuit packaging machines and liquid filler machines. Working extensively with sheet metal and fabrication processes, I spearheaded projects involving laser cutting, drilling, bending, rolling, and fabrication. Notably, my involvement in crafting components for textile machine beds underscored my adaptability and versatility in addressing diverse manufacturing challenges.
Currently pursuing a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, I am committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations. Proficient in CATIA V5 and well-versed in simulation software such as MotionView and HyperMesh, I leverage these tools to optimize product designs and streamline manufacturing processes.
