p clamp is used as electrical support part it has two ways of entry and exit .We have define a part as support part and create a point on 2 sides of clamp and create a plane on the 2 points and create 3rd plane on the base plane which is shown on the above image .while definining a support part for the way of entry define a point and plane and opposite plane as exit plane at last we have to select 3rd as a base plane .same way we have to do for alternate way of entry and exit way .

Back shell

Back shell is act as a extra protection for the wires .1st we have to create a point and axis on the part workbench after switching to electrical part workbench we have to define a part as a back shell.After defining it we have define a back shell connection point for the mating face by representing a point and face of orientation and save a file in catalogue .

Corrugative tubes :

Corrugative tubes are used to protect a bundle of wires fromn sharpe edges and heat .It is also called sleeves and so on .

In catia v5 we have to create cot tubes by these steps

1.Create a new part and named it is a COT_5mm

2.define a protection part and give the recommended internal diameter and outer diameter and thickness

3. select ok

4.Add the completed tube part in “Slit COT” catalogue family
