P CLAMP
It is the most user-friendly, versatile and robust P-Clamp for fastening and fixing cables, wires, pipes and hoses on the market.
P Clamp is a support element for the wiring harness. So we need to make this as support by using define support tool.
P Clamp has two enrty & exit points, So we need to create two entry and exit points and also create planes parallel to the surface of entry and the point we created.
BACH SHELL
Backshells protect the electrical connector and the cable link from physical stress (strain, shock, vibration). A connector's shell is the outer casing in which the vital components of the connector, such as the contacts and insert, are housed and protected. A mated pair consists of two shells: one plug and one receptacle. Plugs are typically straight or at a 90° angle.
Like connector, we need to created connection point and axis, bundle connection point. After that define it as back shell electrical part by define back shell and define back shell connectio point tools.
CORRUGATED TUBE
Corrugated conduits and protective hoses with various properties, from heat resistance through abrasion protection and impact strength to noise reduction, protect valuable cables against all unfavorable external influences. Corrugated Flexible Tubes also known as Cot Tubes / Convoluted Conduits have a wide range of application for harnessing cables in:
- Automobiles: HCVs / LCVs / Four Wheelers / Two Wheelers, Electrical Control Panels.
- Home Appliances: Washing Machines / Fridges.
Basically the corrugated tubes are in variuos sizes. So it is choosen by the dimension which we requied and color is also as per the requirement. Example, Air conditioning harness are mostly covered by yellow color tubes. Tapes are also used in wiring harness protection assembly and this also as per the requirement.
Corrugated tubes are created by define protection part. After that, give the dimension for the tube to create. The finished part is stored in catalog for the if use this same part in future or by other engineers.
