Wiring harness routing & packaging Rules Week 3 Challenge

Back shells are plastic molded parts used at wire entry side of connector for protection purpose. For defining back shellas electrical following steps have to followed 1)get the back shell data 3D part which is downloaded from te.com website, after downloading part,we have to define particular goemetrical parametres on that particular part.after creating goemetrical parametres go to electrical part design workbench, define part as backshell. After that go to mating side and define back shell connection point and then after in bundle entry side we have to define bundle connection point then click ok then backshell part is defined as electrical backshell. In below some attachments related to the backshells with cat part also attached.

3ans) For creating corrugated tubes follwing steps should be followed. These are also known as protection coverings, these are not available directly in any website, these should be created by our own by giving basic data such as length, inner dia, outer dia, thickness, before starting this we have to create one catalouge documents for storing these tubes. After creatig catalouge document,we have to create a 3D part int workbench, go to file < new < part < give the part name as cot tubes with length and then click ok.Then in the workbench we have to select the protective covering and part then one window will open for required parametres should be given in that window then click ok,then corrugatedtube would be appear on the screen. Then after we have to store that required cot tubes in catalouge document whis we already created previously.we have chance to create n no of cot tubes and that all should be added in to catalogue family document. After storing all cot tubes in catalouge family document, apply covering on harness bundles. (the cat parts of above cot tubes are created and cat parts are attached below)
