Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 5 & 6 Challenge

Aim : To route the wire harness for the below given harness positions

1. To generate the harness,collect the connector parts and position them according to their respective positions.

2. Next define each connector as electrical part and define their geometrical parameters like connector connection point , connector axis and bindle connection point

3. Switch to electrical harness assembly workbench and define the geometrical bundle 

4. Now generate the bundle segments and and their sub branchs taking the rough sketch as the reference.

INTERCONNECTION CONSTRAINTS

To assemble the two harness switch to electrical assembly design and select connect electrical devices option which circled in the below pitcure and select the connectors.Then automatically the harnesses will be assembled and the constrints will be created.(make sure to define axis systems orientation correctly for the male and female connector parts for proper assembly).
