  open the these files in catia v5 software open the electrical part bench and give the eletrical properties like connector connectiong point, bundle connecting point. ( the files are attached). open the assembly workbench and insert all the connector files and arrange them according to the given sketch diagram in challenge. For routing process open the page electrical hardness assembly page. before that create the corrugated tubes for outer diameter 20mm, 10mm. and create catalouge document and in place of standard select the conduit and family name as cot tubes and save the document. open the 20mm, 10mm cot tubes document and put in cot family name in saved catalouge document. open th wirring hardness assembly page and select the geomentrical bundle command and select the product document. after that select the muti branch command and give the diameter value 15mm and select route definition select two connector and select reverse tangent for straight connection. for connecting the connector in top and bottom branching point is created by using add branch point command and value is given in length like 100mm ( given in sketch) and connector is connected by giving 5mm in diameter and route definition the branch point and connector is selected. procedure is followed to complete the routing . for protective covering select protective covering command , select the bundle segment to be protected and select the catalouge select the family cot tubes and select 20mm cot tube for straight routing tube and 10mm for branching route tube and make sure that the tube is starting 30mm from bundle point of connector.
