Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Downloaded all connectors from te.com.

All connectors defined electrically.

   

Every connector has been supposed to axis system and points for defining connector and bundle connection points as shown in above images.

Now all connectors are inserted and positioned in product file. Final product defined as Geometrical bundle and routing done as per given information. Required branch points and length is provided. (Diameter of bundle assumed as 5MM)

Finally protective covering added of 10MM from catalogue. 

File saved in folder and catalogue also.
