Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge
- First I am download the cad files in the given question link
- As per explanation next created required geometrical parameter in the given connector
- What are the geometrical parameter is first created connection entry point --> then connection axis in the connectors-->bundle entry point in the connectors --> next define connector in each one
- Next define parts of the given all connectors
- Then define bundle connection point and connector connection point as per explanations
- Last we need define cavity connection point but all this connectors does not need that connection point
- Next I want all mechanical part to electrical part so I use geometrical bundle in this software catia v5
- Then next I am used multi-branchable document tool next I am connected the two connector using electrical bundle
- Then selected breaking point tool when it is mention question exactly points are the main bundle
- Then next connect to breakpoint new connector as per given question
- Finally I meet the as per question requirement and last we provide protection cover for the electrical bundle so selected the bundle and as per required COT are used in this product. End extremity at 30mm (from connectors end) fixed in the this drawing
- Finally save the product required file location
