Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

AIM:

To Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench and Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors.

And To Download connector 3D data from www.te.com

To download this connectors because it is necessary for the challenge.

Types of connectors used for this challenge:

First of all to do this steps for all the four types of connectors mention the fig below.

• To Do Connector connection point FOR THE CONNECTOR
• To Create Bundle connection point
• Axis system at the connector connection point
• To Define all the connectors as electrical components

This will be common for all the four connectors.

We are use the multi branchable to add all the necessary brances , branch points in the wiring and harness assembly.
