Converting mechanical part into electrical part

Aim:

To convert a mechanical part into electrical part by creating connector connecting point, harness bundle connecting point and cavity connection point.

Introduction:

In wiring harness design connectors need to be convert into electrical part for connecting cavity and harness bundle. Connectors are plastic molded housing with locking & retention features. A wire harness is a specially designed system that keeps numerous wires or cables organized. It is a systematic and integrated arrangement of cables within an insulating material. The purpose of the wiring assembly is to transmit a signal or electrical power.

Objectives:

· Create a Connector connecting point, Harness bundle connecting point and cavity connecting point in Tyco 174357-2.

· Create a cavity connecting point and assemble the cavity to connector.
