B PILLAR MASTER SECTION DEVELOPMENT

• Tooling axis Creation(Main tooling axis and Lifter axis).
• Flange creation for Class A and Class B Surface.
• 4 way locator and Dog house Creation.
• Ribs Creation with 0.2mm radius fillet and 50mm distance between each ribs.
• Draft given to 4 way locator and Dog house of 0.5degree angle.
• Draft given to inside and outside faces for dog house.

Draft analysis-The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed. This type of analysis is performed based on color ranges identifying zones on the analyzed element where the deviation from the draft direction at any point, corresponds to specified values.

Here a patch is generating in red blue color which is Class A problem so I request Alias team to fix this.
