Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

AIM :

To create the close body solid profile and create the dog house by using MASTER SECTION

PROCDURE :

*To check draft analysis for CLASS A surface

*To create a TOOLING AXIS

*to create CLASSS b surface

*To create the CLASS C surface

*Then create a close body

*To make to solid body

*To check the draft analysis for solid body

*To create the DOG HOUSE USING master section

*To create the RIBS using mastre section

*Finally perform the draft analysis for final output

TOOLING AXIS :

This challenge i using bisecting line method to create the TOOLING axis to clear the final output and we perform inside of dog house anlso we need to clear with draft analysis by using side core axis

CREATING DOG HOUSE :

To creating dog house using master section i simply extract the outer lines of dog house and i extrude it and going to part workbench and thicknen the surface in 2.5

DRAFT ANALYSIS :

FIRST I CHECK THE DOG HOUSE FOR 0.49 ITS CLEAR

AND I CREATE THE SIDE CORE AXIS AND CHECK IF ITS CLEAR INSDIE ONE SIDE WAS NOT CLEARWITH BUT I GIVE DRAFT ANGLE 0.5WITH BOTH SIDE IN ONE SIDE WES CLEAR BUT OPPOSITE SIDE WAS NOT CLEAR WITH DRAFT IMAGE IN BELOW

ONE SIDE WAS NOT CLEAR

IN CLASS C SURFACE SOME AREAS WAS NOT CLEAR BUT EVERYSIDE I GIVE A 93DEGREE AND CHOOSE OUTSIDE COMPOSS BUT IN SOME AREAS WAS NOT CLEAR
