Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

This is the tree structure of the output. :

The following part has been created following all the design rules.

First, The given surface is analysed using draft analysis and a feasibility check is also performed for any irregularities in the given surface. A tooling axis is created in Z direction.

After that, the given surface is extracted and an offset function is performed to create the B surface.

Following this, the C surface is created using the sweep operation. Now, all the A B and C surfaces are joined and converted into a solid body.

Later, A dog house is created following the master section, ensuring that it meets the design rules.

At the end, a draft analysis on the entire body is performed. On very few places a negative draft angle can be seen, otherwise, draft angle is mostly positive on the entire body.
