Week 9 - Project_1 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

1. to create a tooling axis i took a point on surface and then create a line by selecting a line direction.

2. to creadte class b surface offset the class a inner direction of 3mm.

3. then i worked on the broken surfaces using extract , extrapolate , untrim tools.

4. then i use fillets to the edges using edge fillets.

5. then i took a boundary of class a surface for the sweep.

6. sweep profile type line , guide curve boundary of class a , draft direction class a, angle 87 deg , length 5mm

7. then i joind the class a and sweep.

8. and then i trimed the join with class b surface.

9. then i created the engineering features.

10. sketchs are created seperately for all the features and pad'

11. then add the draft of angle .5 deg.

12. the i gave the fillets.
