OBJECTIVE

- Mesh the geometry
- Elements should pass all the quality criteria
- Connection should be provided
MESHING

All the components are mesh with element size 5 units.
Connections

1 Bolt connection between REAR TRUSS 2 & RIGHT RAIL 2
2 Seam Quad (angled+capped+L) between RIGHT RAIL 2 & FRONT TRUSS 1
3 Spot weld between FRONT TRUSS 2 & FRONT TRUSS 1 & LEFT RAIL 1
4 Hexa (adhesive) between FRONT TRUSS 2 & FRONT TRUSS 1 & LEFT RAIL 1
5 Spot weld with rigid elements
6 Spot weld with spring elements between LEFT RAIL 1 & LEFT RAIL 2
