Week 9-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Given Geomentry

Mesh each component with given quality

Assign Property and material for each components

1. Right_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Seam-Quad(angled+capped+L)

1d Connectors - seam - type-Seam-Quad(angled+capped+L) Tolerence -10 and spacing - 5 select node list - nodepath and create

2. Left_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Quad elements

1d Connectors - seam - type-Seam-Quads maintan same parameter and create

3. Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Right_Rail_1

1d Connectors - Spot - type - weld diameter -5 tolerence -10 layer - 3 and create

4. Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Left_Rail_1:-

1d Connectors - seam - type-Seam - hexa adhesive - spacing - 5 tolerence -10 (use strips and coats when applicable)

5.and 6. Rear_truss_2 & Right_Rail_2:-

1d Connectors - Bolt - type - bolt general - tolerance - 10 select node and components and create

7 & 8 - Right_Rail_1 & Right_Rail_2:- Spot-weld with Rigid Elements

1d Connectors - Spot - type - rigid tolerence -10 layer - 3 diameter - 5 and create

9. Rest all the component left Join them with suitable connectors

1d Connectors - seam - type-Seam - hexa adhesive - spacing - 5 tolerence -10 (use strips and coats when applicable)

Finish all process and check quality criteria

Final finished Component
