 After that class A surface.offset on 3mm and we can created all surfaces using Multiple extract,Boundary,Extrapol,Split,Trim,Join the finished product.After class B surface and provide on edge fillets all sharp corners use variable radius.

Step 4 

 Created on outer boundary. and follow the outer boundary using sweep command and draft angle for 3deg.create on using boundary option.

Step 5

 finally class A & C join.after join calss b surface trim and created on c surface in colse surface 

Step 6

Draft analysis report for both the given Class-A surface and the final plastic component
