Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

Bumper Project

1. Bumper input received as STP file, and checked styling surface all gap properly closed or not
2. And checked fusibility check mold of tooling direction X direction it is fusible,
3. Then offset 3 mm A class surface to crate B class surface,
4. While offsetting 3 mm some patches are created in B class surface, all patches are corrected in proper way,
5. After completing of B class creation, i created C class surface,
6. All A & B,C joining created single surface, and provided thicken option as a solid body created
7. After that checked tolling feasibility with tooling direction it clering without having any error
