Week 10 - Challenge 1- Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss)

While crating rib i considered rib guidelines rib height considered as 5T*T and rib thickness 0.4*T, Rib minimum draft 0.5 Degree and edge filet 0.25 mm for alls sharp edges,

While creating rib we most select direction rib to be in tooling direction,

Screw Boss Creation

Screw boss mainly used for to assembly the meting parts generally screw boss used,

Screw boss will be the self threaded screws we can Instrat ,

Screw boss general guidelines which i followed while designing designing the boss design,

Diameter of screw i have take M6 and i provided 5.2 dai for screw boss in side dai and out side dai of screw boss 0.6*T 1.8 dai maintained,

After that i provided draft for screw boss 0.5 mm, and edged filet is 0.25 mm,
