Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

1. Initially created the CLASS A surface and then choosen the surface for the creation of tooling axis , after creating tooling axis draft analysis is done to check the deviation of surface and got to know that the deviation is less than 3 degree . After that ,for the creation of CLASS B , the CLASS A surface is offsetted but obtained a patched surface so the next step is to remove the patches for that the sub elements are removed by JOIN command then the surface is extrapolated and trimmed to obtain the complete surface .After all the patches are removed then the edgefillets are given then the CLASS B surface is obtained. Then the CLASS C surface is obtained by the sweep command with respect to refernce or draft option regarding with the edge direction with tooling axis.Then surfaces A and C are joined then trimmed with B surface to obtain the thickened surface .Then converted to part body in part design and done the final draft analysis . Publication of every surfaces and tooling axis are also provided.
