Creation of Tooling Axis

Create a Center Point of the Hole and Make a Dummy Ref Line Based on the Reference Point

Create a plane based on the Create point and make an Intersect curve with A surface on Ref Plane

Make an extended line on the tapper face and with reference to the two lines create a Bisecting Line.
