Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Base bracket:

                     The draft analysis for both the class-A  surface and the final plastic product has been analysed and performed.

• Considering the minimum draft angle for a plastic component=3mm, draft analysis is followed throughout the model.
• First I have created a tooling axis for the given class-A surface taking the hole as the centre point.
• Using that tooling axis I have performed the draft analysis report aligning the compass to the tooling direction.
• In this the green colour indicates the positive draft angle and the red colour indicates the negative draft angle.
