AIM:

In this case we make Ribs & Screw boss in tool making, and to element the defects

Objective:

1. Create RIBS

2. Create SCREW BOSS

Process Summary:

• Check the Draft analysis which surface showing Green & Red.
• Extrapolate the Class-A surface
• Extrapolate the Class-C surface
• To create the Class -C surface with the help of sweep option
• Next to Create the ribs and draft the rib next to make the 2nd rib with allowed distance.
• Next to create boss with defined measurement
